Illustrator and artist Paul Slater was represented by the Central Illustration Agency since its inception back in 1983. He’s with reference to to launch an exhibition at private members club The Union on Greek Street in Soho. The exhibition, which opens tomorrow, July 7, runs until October 6 and is viewable by appointment only. However, Ben at CIA took a variety of photos for us to share with you:
For those unfamiliar with Slater’s work, he graduated from the Royal College of Art in 1978 and because then has produced work for a number of journals and clients that come with Volkswagen, British Airways and Shell. Recent projects include a mosaic for El Camion restaurant in Soho, though more people could possibly be accustomed to the painted mural on the Cow pub in Notting Hill commissioned in 1995. Much more persons are more likely to have seen his recent paintings of Anchor cows which appeared in CHI’s campaign which featured here at the blog and in addition on this year’s CR Annual.
